For oversized carpet sizes:
Some larger size carpets cannot be shipped by air due to international logistics restrictions and will instead be shipped by sea freight.
Sea shipping may require additional transportation time. Please contact customer service before placing your order for detailed shipping estimates.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, a 4% handling fee will be charged due to payment platform fees.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer supported.
